What's The Customer ROI for MCPc's Engineer-as-a-Service Offering?
[It's] a resource that can be transported into a [customer's] meeting at a moment's notice, so think about the financial aspect of that. One, if I hire a consultant, and we love consulting, the customer has to pay for that person on a flight, hotel, per diem. So this is cheaper. You can rent that person for two hours. You don't have to rent that person for 24 hours and put them on a flight.
Also, there's time. Video is a time machine. If an [engineer] is available, he can join the meeting within five minutes ... that's the pace of business.
