How Has Using Video Internally Transformed The Culture Of MCPc?

As a culture, MCPc has been very office-focused. Obviously, when you introduce video into an office you change the dynamic. You increase the opportunity for face-to-face interaction between offices that otherwise wouldn't ever get together.

[Most of us] have been to a tradeshow or an event and you say, "Wow, I've worked with this person for three years and have never met them before." That never happens in our culture. ... In a business, when those types of relationships are built, when you have a business need and you call me, I am more compelled to respond to you, because I know you. And I know that you know me.
