I can tell you that our equipment sales have gone way down and everything we are [selling] right now is UCaaS. And, we are steadily working to increase the amount of business that we have with Broadview.

Now, businesses are starting to think about call centers. That was once a six-figure investment for a company. Now, if you get two people answering calls, you have a call center, and there is a lot [solution providers] can do with [business customers] if you want to help them improve that experience. CRM integration, I think, is huge.
