Are UCaaS solutions a hard sell to your legacy customer base?

We do have a lot of legacy clients. But one of the things we noted as helping us to have success in selling UCaaS really had to do with spending a lot of time prior to implementation of a cloud solution really documenting what we have at the customer premises. We have a project coordinator who meets with the customer, and we go through everything: What are their expectations? What are they going to be doing, and what exactly (do) they want? As opposed to legacy systems, a UCaaS solution is highly customizable.

UCaaS gives us a way to give people the ability to work the way they want to go and work. Whether it’s in terms of mobility, seeing everything on single pane of glass, working within their Google Apps or Outlook application, or whether it’s being able to highly customize how they interact with coworkers through chat or through a voice call.
