When did you start considering adding UCaaS to your product portfolio?

Between 2007 and 2009, we kind of had a perfect storm. [Nortel Networks, whose telecom products] we were selling, [filed for bankruptcy protection]. Secondly, there was an incredible movement at the time toward hosted solutions, and we really embraced that change. We were able to see that our cost of maintenance for hosted customers was significantly lower. … The skillset that my staff and technicians had also [was really lending itself] to the whole cloud movement, too, so we were kind of early adopters of the cloud.
