What barriers to adoption of UCaaS still exist today?

It’s a lot of fear of the unknown. And sometimes, [a user] may be using a UCaaS solution and [is] only  using a portion of it. It’s about [being] able to educate the customer on what it is they are trying to do, so as a result, a lot of our work is kind of being a UCaaS evangelist. We have to educate our end users that there is a better way to accomplish what they want to accomplish.
