Number one is enlarging the discussion with a customer to “what would happen if … ” such as, what happens if an event knocked out power and you couldn’t get to your office? How would your business function? It’s the ability to go and have that discussion with the end user without scaring them off.

You want to introduce end customers to other solutions that [go along with UCaaS] too, like the idea of having primary and secondary bandwidth, or SD-WAN.
