What's the message you communicate to your staff about the way this business runs in its market?
It's making a difference in the lives of your customers: loving them, making them love you back, giving them the tools that they can use to make a difference in the way they want to live and run their businesses. Keep it simple. Keep it elegant. Hide the complexity. Don’t ever show the customer the complexity of what we do. And always, always, always make it work better than anybody else.
And don’t worry about your competitors. You have to focus on what we do, and let's do it to the best of our ability, and nobody will be able to compete with us.
