Q&A With Ray Pasquale of Unified Office: Moving VoIP Into The Future

What does the company's future look like?

We're still relatively small (Unified Office employs just under 20). But you can make extensive use of virtualization, rack space, and channels that are just dying for high-margin work to do. And it does play in your favor; you can build companies today that you couldn't have built back then with, I call it "the lean company." You don't need 100 people. At some point does the company scale to be that size? Probably. But it will all be revenue-producing people.
