Why is that?
This is maybe an underdeveloped area, maybe a low-income area. [But] you know, the more money you make, you move to a nicer area, and it's probably not in a HUBZone.
On the other hand, you're going to help, maybe, if you get someone to start as an inside rep and you train them, and then they learn to do outside [sales] and they graduate to that, they move out of the HUBZone. So now I've got to replace them again because I have to [maintain] 35 percent HUBZone employees.
