How do you see your growth being affected in the future by whatever change happens in the White House?

It changes from time to time according to who's in office and who's supporting the small-business groups. Today, the Small Business Administration has been really [supportive of the] HUBZone groups since a lot of agencies have not hit their HUBZone marks. They have … goals of 3 percent that an agency is supposed to purchase through. That HUBZone goal equates to somewhere upward of $10 billion. That's not all IT; that's everything [even including such items as cigarettes and furniture.] ... There have been some changes within Congress [and] SBA rules on small businesses, so they do affect us as they make these changes. ... [Yet] there are a lot of representatives that do support us and we're thankful of that.
