Surprising Numbers

Despite WS2003 expiring in less than five months, Industry experts estimate 13 million WS2003 machines are still running, and many companies do not yet have a fallback plan.
The AppZero report highlights that 47 percent of survey respondents are not aware of the EOS date or do not yet have plans for remediation. Conversely, only 21 percent of respondents have a remediation plan in place. Security compliance and vulnerability management remains the largest concern for those surveyed and 25 percent of respondents still have more than 500 WS2003 machines operating.
