On the need for continual security education in business: Isn't that elusive for many? Doesn’t it really depend on how many have sufficient in-house expertise?

GIBSON: Security is such a multi-faceted challenge, and certainly you have all the technologies that you can deploy. But I think that in order for an organization to protect themselves fully, education is absolutely critical and it's pretty amazing when we talk to companies about their end-user population and some of the things that they do, even though most people would cringe … They're clicking these links and exposing themselves and the organization. So, that continual education is critical. It's truly a cultural requirement for organizations to adopt that type of mentality. If they don’t, frankly, I think they're going to be dangerously exposed.

With our customers that are very forward-thinking, that are advanced, there's a drumbeat that has continued … [regarding] end-user education, and proper policies and procedures around that.
