Is there a big opportunity for a security services provider in helping educate a business's end users on security?
GIBSON: That’s an interesting one because personally, in my experience, I do think there is an education component. But when you start talking about organizations that have security teams … it’s a little bit of … a nuanced conversation because most of these security teams are very confident in their abilities. So, it’s a delicate discussion to bring that education component to end-user companies. That's on the larger front. Certainly in the smaller organizations … I would say [that for] SMB-sized companies that may not have as large a security team, that education is very critical, especially as the landscape continues to evolve and shift in terms of the different types of threats and the different types of tools that are available to address them.
