Is the IT skills gap impacting your company? Or are you in a good geographic position to avoid getting into bidding wars?

A big part of our focus is making sure that we have the skills and we're training [people] and fostering that skill development for the folks we're bringing on board to meet the needs of our customers. I do think we have a geographic advantage [and] I won't say that’s changing dynamically. But it's always something you need to focus on and I think clearly IT infrastructure sophistication complexity is certainly coming into our geographic zone as well, so that’s something that we pay a lot of attention to and try to make sure that we're maintaining the requisite skill sets that we require. … That’s a function of hiring, that's a function of training, that’s a function of certifications and career pathing and so forth.
