How has a recurring-revenue model benefited your growth?

Coming out of any year, you probably have 85-plus percent visibility into your revenue stream for the coming year, which obviously translates into a certain level of predictability, not only on revenues but also on profit [and] how much money you can invest back in the business.

I think a key part of our growth, [for] which we try to make sure that our customers are appreciated, is that year in and year out, we're investing a fairly significant amount of our profitability back into the business to invest in not only [expanding] facilities … but also in capability sets and systems. We've been doing a fairly large campaign on ServiceNow, which I think is an example of a system investment that will benefit our customers for the long term.
