What's your sales approach in adding to your customer base and growing business among current customers? How do you approach them? (Part 1 of 2)

We approach them both directly and through channels. … There are those folks that are looking for a new customer relationship, leveraging the use cases that we've embedded in our facilities over the course of the last 17 years, whether that's in healthcare, financial, retail, manufacturing, but looking for new folks that, like our existing customers, can benefit from our environments

[Also] a lot of medium-to-large enterprises engage with the channel for their IT - either infrastructure or service needs and so, we work with folks like CDW and Cisco, who obviously [have] very large teams in front of thousands of enterprises, so we work both angles if you will.
