It's the balancing act. It's perform now while you try to transform for the future. Historically, everybody's thinking about "in the moment." I think as we start selling differently and we start selling to different influencers as well, I think they start thinking a little more long term. The selling experience, selling a vision, versus selling a product … changes the landscape, and end users, IT decision makers, business decision makers are looking at this more strategically than they ever have in the past.
