Listening to our customers [and] understanding their market challenges, so they don't get disrupted. How do I help my customers [to] be the disruptor by utilizing technology, driving costs out, leveraging our people [on the] resiliency and architectural teams to help them innovate and transform? If you're not in the boardroom talking to your customers about transformation and cloud, somebody's going to come in and market right over the top of you and your largest customer will go away.

If you don’t drive that fear down to the core of your organization, and people aren’t having business conversations, and we're just out there selling widgets, we're not going to be able to compete.
