Are there any particular roles that you're filling more than others on the Talent Network?

We have a couple of very large customers …  they're always looking for these super high-end developers. Really good coders … just real high-end developers with experience. Some are coming out of gaming shops; some are coming out of the mobility space.

The customers are in a lot of GPS systems, doing just a lot of mapping and coding from cars. We do a lot in that particular industry.

Everybody's a software company today … a bank, a technology company, health care is becoming a software organization, so the demand for high-end quality developers is huge, and they're demanding huge pay, and there's not enough of them.
