How do you and your company stay on top of the constant waves of technology change?

It's kind of built into our culture. I spend a lot of time every other Monday having company-wide – what I refer to as – coffee talks. And these coffee talks have nothing to do with Corus business. It's all about cognitive analytics and cloud and being relevant, tracking business technology and building stronger relationships. What we're really trying to do is instill a culture of learning so people are always out there looking at what's coming down the pike tomorrow.

Knowledge is power in the marketplace and customers want to interact with people that are relevant, understand their industry and understand the technology trends that are happening today and tomorrow.
