I would say it’s a balance. We constantly have many different recruiting avenues under way. That’s just how we operate. As an example, we would educate our workforce, so if we're pushing for referrals, we would be educating [Softchoice employees] on simple things like how [to] share a job posting that we might have on LinkedIn with [their] network. How would you increase your profile on LinkedIn so that you would showcase us and the organization? So, we're constantly helping people to make it easier for them to generate referrals with little effort.
