Incenting Referrals And Leads

Softchoice, which employs about 1,600 throughout the U.S. and Canada, has used employee referrals for years, but doubled down on them earlier this year, and began incenting employees for providing leads to potentially new employees whether they're eventually hired or not, Van Noort said.

Supporting that is recognition of its corporate culture as a "best workplace" in Canada for 11 consecutive years by the Great Place to Work Institute.
