How has Leap The Pond expanded its client base? What have been the keys to that?

There's no single answer. We rely very, very heavily on network marketing … there's no question that the best source of leads and opportunities for us are people that know us, are familiar with us, and have visibility into organizations. In particular, in our case, [are] CFOs and owners that might be struggling with the particular area whose problems we solve.
 
To complement that, we focus on what's become sort of the traditional - both inbound and outbound marketing … developing content, trying to get that content published so that people might express an interest in reading it, seeing it and driving traffic through our website. But at the same time, we do a lot of research on companies that are in our target market and develop a … database and do outreach and emails just introducing who we are and nurturing them.
