Lack of control. Even if you know which apps should be running and which shouldn’t, most organizations don’t have the tools in place to deal with (them). They need the ability to prioritize the sanctioned apps so that they perform reliably and consistently. And the unsanctioned apps need to be controlled so that they don’t overwhelm the network and steal resources from the apps that are generating revenue and driving the business.
