Why is QoE so critical to solution providers?

As more organizations embrace the cloud for business-critical applications, solution providers have started to offer more cloud-based services to round out their product and managed services portfolios. They’ve been growing their hosted and "as a Service" businesses for the past few years.

The challenge is: How do you maintain QoE for these cloud-based apps and services? You not only have to worry about the application itself, but how your users are accessing the application. If a solution provider can’t provide the same level of service as the user had when it was on premise, then the application won’t be adopted. Loss of faith in the quality of experience for cloud-based service rollouts not only puts the project in jeopardy but also future cloud projects.
