Endpoint Management Remains In High Demand

As endpoints become more complex and integrated at the operational level, MSPs will need tools that are easy to deploy and scale, along with providing the analytics necessary to price services profitably.

More than half the people responding to Autotask's survey said they have increased their focus on endpoint management over the past year, while just 1.4 percent said they've decreased their focus.

As for the 7.3 percent of respondents that still don't provide endpoint management, Autotask cautioned that they will likely be replaced by providers who can meet industry demand.
