Where does some of that lead to? Being part of recurring revenue is one thing, but when it comes to performance or assurance, does it alone help endear you to the customer? Or is it just like an add-on?

If you ask the customer, I think it's probably their number-one point of trust … they're entrusting us to protect their data, whether that means from the security perspective in terms of helping them build a resilient network right from the edge of the network to the desktop, or whether it's just accidental file loss or deletion or corruption or malware. So I think it's core. In the old days, it was perhaps kind of an add-on. I think it's flipped around now … and it's a core part of the relationship.
