TOPIC: What do you need to do to make sure you've got a good deal with an MSP who will serve as a good, solid IT partner?

STEINMAN (pictured): I don't know because I haven’t found it yet.

BALTZELL: I'd say for partners in general, I really need somebody who takes the time to come in and understand our business and our culture and our attitude toward purchase versus outsourcing and things like that. I have plenty of people who want to come and sell me stuff. I really only have one partner who has taken the time to learn about our business and find solutions.
