Opportunities Ahead For The Channel?

The SaaS market is growing and will open up more opportunities for the channel on the services side, CompTIA said in its State of the Channel report.

SaaS vendors and their end customers "will need the channel's expertise to customize, integrate and manage applications over the lifecycle of the application service. … End users can quickly realize that the initial click-to-provision simplicity of acquiring a SaaS solution becomes a more complex proposition as they add more applications to the mix and look to scale."
