Has there been any critical decision – like a new product line – where you really had, maybe, one of you who didn’t want to do it or was hesitant and you had to persuade him?

There have probably been times like that when each of us probably thought, "I don’t know if I want to do that," or "Maybe we shouldn't buy that company or go into that market or take that technology on," where the brother leading that technology or project believes it’s the right thing to do. It's never destroyed the golden goose; it's never brought down the company.  We’ve all probably made bad decisions, it didn’t work out the way we thought … but we all survived and moved on.

If it works, it works. If it doesn't, we move on.
