When it comes to selecting people, whether it be you, your brothers or the next generation of your family, what is it that you actually look for? Is there a common thread?

I like to have them smarter than I am, which is not difficult (laughs). If the guy is smarter than I am, I like that guy! It helps when they're bright. I always look for a bright person, and a very hard worker. I think you can do a lot of things with those two attributes. And if you work really hard - which you have to in any business, but especially a competitive business like ours - and if you're a bright guy and you can pick it up and understand the technology, you can be very successful.
