Accunet has clients in financial services, life sciences and health care. Did you specifically have your eyes on those industries?

Health care yes, but not the other two. [They're] kind of bonus points.

Among their client base, what clients kind of excite you?

There are a couple of areas. We've always wanted to try to get into higher education. Accunet brings a great list of portfolio customers – Harvard, MIT, Boston College, a lot of [SUNY] colleges in upstate New York – [so] we're now in that higher ed space. In the life sciences, it's really MIT Labs and the National Institutes of Health [among] their customers.
