Part Of A Bigger Expansion Plan
Claremont, N.H.-based solution provider giant Red River, which has been historically entrenched in the federal government space, has now dug deeper into the commercial arena with its recent acquisition of Accunet Solutions, based in Boston.
"I've been wanting to do this for a while, Red River CEO Rick Bolduc (pictured) said in an interview with IT Best Of Breed.
And he may not be done. Bolduc said he's looking at five or six companies "and we will continue to make acquisitions."
Privately held Red River – No. 52 on CRN's Solution Provider 500 list – has seen yearly growth of about 30 percent over the last 10 years and has several large government contracts. In this interview with IT Best Of Breed, Bolduc talks about the importance of the acquisition, and how advertising on the ice surface at two National Hockey League arenas has helped boost his company's brand.
