Recently, you said that the commercial sector accounts for only 5 percent of Red River's revenue. How will this deal change that?
The deal will change it in a couple of different ways, significantly. … from a regional point of view, it expands our [footprint] basically from Rochester, N.Y., down to Boston [and] down the Eastern seaboard. And then from a revenue point of view, it's going to bring our commercial position from maybe 5 percent to probably in the 20-percent range.
