The Channel Company asked Women of the Channel if they have a clear idea of their career path in terms of title and compensation. The response was split between 51.7 percent of respondents who answered yes and 48.21 percent who responded that they did not.

Women of the channel had a variety of responses when asked by The Channel Company how they are ensuring their career stays on track given the volatility of the vendor space.

Up to 69 percent of participants said they are looking to bolster their skills to stay relevant, while 50.9 percent said they have increased their networking skills to keep their career on track.

Other women said they are actively looking for another position, while some argued volatility in the vendor space, such as M&A and cost cutting, are nothing new.
