The Channel Company asked Women of the Channel whether they feel they have the resources they need to succeed, and subsequently what specific tools they would like to see added as the primary focus of their business.

Up to 87.5 percent of the women surveyed stated that their organization has the necessary resources to strengthen indirect or partner efforts, while the rest said that they did not.

An overwhelming amount of respondents said they wanted research and customer analysis staff, with up to 40.74 percent women listing this as the top resource to add to their team.

Up to 33.3 percent said they'd like to see marketing support as a top resource, meanwhile, and 29.63 percent listed operational staff. Other top resources included sales support, professional services, technical support for customers and partners, and dedicated IT.
