IT Vs. Lines Of Business

When it comes to collaborative decision making, cloud-based and managed services decisions don’t fall to just the IT department anymore, solution providers say.

According to Nintex’s survey, 75 percent of partners are seeing both IT and line-of-business leaders as decision makers for cloud and managed services solutions. Meanwhile, up to 25 percent of line-of-business leaders are the primary decision makers, a significant increase from two to three years ago, according to Waldo.
