With the growth in customers that you've had, what is the key to success for any MSP in growing that client base?
I think pre-setting expectations is critical, and then being able to consistently deliver upon your preset expectations. We, like many other managed service providers, have learned that the hard way. So, standardization, quality equipment and frankly a commitment to view technology as an asset to your business, or kind of minimum standards that we like to review before we'll go into an agreement. We look at a contract as really a partnership and we don’t like to play the role of a vendor; we want to play the role of a partner.
