(Part 2 of 2) There are a lot of companies saying that it's tough to find talent because there's an upward pressure on salaries. Are you affected by compensation trends at all?

From an engineering perspective, [the average practice manager's] tenure is about 11 years. We have been fortunate [with] the culture that we have created, allowing us to maintain our talent. We either bring in a new leader to launch a new practice, or fill gaps in the mid-level, which we are able to successfully do.

We pride ourselves in retaining talent by providing them avenues of growth.
