How has your company's cloud journey gone over the past few years? Where were you three years ago, for instance, and where are you today?

We were actually in a great spot three years ago, and continue to be today. We embarked on the cloud journey before it was called the cloud. [For example,] we built our data center back in 2009 and have been successfully providing cloud and managed services. We've been ahead of the curve ever since. Today, it seems many solution providers are still trying to catch up. However, none have the comprehensive portfolio of services that clients demand and we have developed.

Staying ahead of the cloud and technology curve allows us to incorporate [the] services that are available from public cloud providers such as AWS and [Microsoft] Azure. That’s the next step in the cloud evolution … how we help our clients benefit from it gives them the best of both worlds.
