Can you talk about the problem with using consumer or small-business wireless plans for enterprise customers?

We pushed the envelope with our enterprise accounts, and we were able to move folks over to the "share type" plans. Business saw extreme savings, but the carriers made it so difficult because they really released these plans for the consumer first, so there were all these rules that were horrible for businesses. For example, with one carrier, you could only have 100 phone lines in a data pool, and that data pool was say, 200 gigs, so you would max out easily. And, that group would then become an invoice by itself.

Because TerraNova deals with enterprise customers, this meant that these businesses were getting 12 to 14 different wireless bills a month. It was madness. So we were saying to the businesses: If you can live with (that many bills), we can still look at your numbers every month and optimize your bills to put money back in your pocket. … For the most part, customers were happy because they were still able to save money, but our jobs on the telecom expense management side were somewhat made more difficult by the carrier rules because we still would have so many pools to manage.
