Q&A With Softchoice Exec: Helping Customers Get On The Same Page

What things has Softchoice heard from their customers that serve as a tipoff that a company is not innovating as much as they would like to?

Generally, I would say, ways that I would articulate that would be that they're very closely watching their competitors to see what their competitors are doing, wondering how their competitors are able to get to market quicker with certain things. Those could be signs that they're not innovating themselves and they're sort of [wondering] "How are they accomplishing some of those things?"' which is where cloud and hybrid IT come into play because it's enabling quicker ways to get things done than old traditional ways.
