What has contributed to your company's growth over the last year or two?

We've got a terrific culture that celebrates employee empowerment, we've got a "customer first and customer last" mentality, we're very collaborative, huge believers in continuous improvement programs, and we manage by meritocracy, so people see that the right behaviors are rewarded. Other than that, we partner with best-in-class vendors that have proven fast-growth models and try to emulate their growth … we've really turned hard into the security space and that's just been exploding for us. … [That] has been a big change in the last couple of years.

We've got a sales-led strategy, so were acquiring the best sales talent we can find, both in our territory and in adjacent territory [closer to New York City] and we're expanding down to the [Washington] D.C.-Baltimore area as well.
