Recent studies have cited a leadership vacuum among businesses for digital transformation initiatives. Have you seen that?
I think so. Even [PricewaterhouseCoopers research], which is … cited regularly, says 86 percent of CEOs cite digital transformation as their number one business priority, and I would come back and challenge [that by asking], "How did the 86 percent define it?" Because I'll bet you I'd have a variety of definitions as to what that means. If you had lined that up to the key Microsoft pillars, such as "transform your products, empower your employees, etc.," some of them are going to fall into those buckets. But I think that at the end of the day, to me it says, " I want to go faster. I want to be more profitable. I want to speed innovation and I'm terrified as to who can't I see in the rear-view mirror that’s coming up fast.
