MARTORANO: I want a growth mindset. You want to hire people who absolutely have experience in [selling] with the channel community. … We want to make sure they have channel experience, [that] they’ve been successful in building out and developing strong partnerships.

We absolutely want to take people on board who are used to working in a collaborative and team atmosphere. I also want people who have more of a technical [bent]. But more important is somebody who understands how to sell an experience and sell a solution.
