For the most part, it's both the machine learning and trying to do real, predictive models in the airline industry. And also in financial services [and] on the life sciences side, like predictive maintenance of medical devices.
In the airline industry, [carriers are trying to] predict [when someone might be] losing a connection and what airlines can do about it, and provide a better experience to the passenger, as well as looking into the loyalty programs and see how they can incentivize passengers … and how they can make new offers to them.
