Is there enough M&A activity for companies to adopt a "playbook" or something similar for these activities? Do some of these companies have these plans in place?
I think it depends on the organization. I think there are some organizations that, just by nature, tend to acquire companies. Logicalis is one of them (laughs). We've acquired a number of different companies along the way and those acquisitions take time to bring people into the new systems. It's not just about the technical work that we do to make it happen, but it's really about the challenges that they face on the adoption side. … End-user adoption is one of the biggest challenges that they see, as well.
