Business Is Booming – And Will Continue To Boom

About half of the respondents to the CompTIA survey said they expect their managed services will undergo high growth and make up at least 75 percent of total revenue over the next two years. And another 45 percent predict that there will be enough growth in managed services that they will account for at least half of revenue within two years.

Those results show how far solution providers have moved the needle on managed services. Four years ago, CompTIA reported that only 17 percent of its survey base expected high growth from managed services to a point where they would make up 75 percent of revenue.
