Instead the focus is on monitoring and managing access rights and employee privileges. The adoption of cloud-based file sharing and storage services have increased worker productivity, but also the complexity involved in managing access to the most sensitive data. It’s causing organizations to review current access governance systems and processes and consider more modern ways to managing it, according to the Ponemon survey.
